Wanda Earnhardt

August 2, 1956 — October 9, 2021

Wanda Jane Haynes Earnhardt, 65, went to be with our Lord on Saturday, October 9, 2021, she passed peacefully with her husband and children at her side, after a brief battle with a respiratory illness at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born on August 2, 1956 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Mary Lucy Taylor Arthur.

An Interior Decorator, she was a co-owner of Three Sisters Boutique in Spartanburg, SC. She earned her bachelor’s degree from USC-Upstate.

Wanda was the beloved wife and best friend of her one and only love of 46 years, James Franklin “Frank” Earnhardt of Spartanburg, SC. Devoted mother of Jennifer Earnhardt Clark (Allen Odell Clark III), Kimberly Earnhardt Beasley (Jesse Daniel Beasley) and Brittany Earnhardt Saleeby (Claude Alexander Saleeby Jr.). Adoring Nana to Woods, Mary Hardt, Samuel, June and Dalton Jane. Wanda is also survived by her sister, Brenda Haynes Janulis. She was also preceded in death by her brother Charles Haynes and her stepfather, Robert Augustus Arthur.

A Visitation will be 10:00 – 11:30 AM Wednesday, October 13, 2021 at First Baptist Spartanburg, 250 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306. A Celebration of Life will be held at 12:00 noon at the church, conducted by The Rev. Dr. Donald J. Wilton. Burial will be privately held.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Carolina Pregnancy Center, P.O. Box 5364, Spartanburg, SC 29304, where she was a volunteer counselor, Mobile Meals Service, P.O. Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304, where she served on the Board of Directors from 2017 - 2021, and/or First Baptist Spartanburg where she was an active member.
