Robert Mabry

Robert “Bobby” Cleveland Mabry, Sr., 81, of Spartanburg, SC died Tuesday, January 11, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born July 5, 1940 at Spartanburg, SC, he was a son of the late Edward and Mildred Tillotson Mabry and was the loving husband of the late Carolyn Campbell Mabry.

A US Army veteran, Mr. Mabry was a longtime employee of Spartanburg Steel with over 30 years of service. Bobby was a member of Drayton Baptist Church and was a former member of Drayton Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his sons, Robbie Mabry and David Mabry of Spartanburg, SC, two grandsons, Brenden Mabry and Ian Mabry of Spartanburg, SC, great granddaughter, Emily Anne Mabry, and brother, Edward Mabry (Linda) of Simpsonville, SC.

Visitation will be 12:30 – 2:00 PM Monday, January 17, 2022 at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Graveside service will follow at 2:30 PM, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. David Frost.
