Rhonda B. Parker, 57, of Duncan, SC died Sunday, May 8, 2022 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born January 21, 1965 in Greer, SC, she was the daughter of Aletha Dayle Funderburk Baxter and the late Jerry Kay Baxter.

Rhonda was an office manager. She was of the Baptist faith and a member of Apalache Baptist Church. She participated in the Shriners as a clown and started the first ladies clown group, “Giggle Gals” for the Hejaz Shriners.

Rhonda loved her husband with a passion. A dog lover, Lucy and Gracie were her fur babies. She had the most beautiful eyes and smile and would light up the room. She never met a stranger and always asked how you were doing, and sincerely meant it.

Survivors include her husband, Gene Parker of the home; her stepson, Tee Parker of Duncan, SC, her mother, Dayle Baxter of Duncan, SC, sister, Debbie B. Gregory (Jeff) of Duncan, SC, brother, J.J. Baxter (Andrea) of Duncan, SC, granddaughter, Laila Parker of Greenville, SC, nephews, Thomas Gregory and Andrew Gregory, and nieces, Kalyn Baxter, Katherine Kramer, and Ellie Baxter.

The family is grateful for all of the kind words and messages but would appreciate their privacy during this most difficult time.
