Michael Thomas Scoggin, 71 of Pauline, SC died Monday, October 25, 2021 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born May 18, 1950 in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Robert Echols and Rachael Hawkins Scoggin and the husband of the late Deborah Lee Robinson Scoggin.
Mr. Scoggin was retired from Chapman Concrete Company as a Civil Engineer. He was a member of Hope Point Church.
Survivors include his siblings, Guy Echols Scoggin of Knoxville, TN, Jonathan David Scoggin of Lincolnton, NC, Selwyn Dwight Scoggin of Waynesville, NC, Timothy Elmo Scoggin of Marshall, NC, and Peggy Scoggin Holland of Lyman, SC.
A Graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Saturday, October 30, 2021 in Sunset Memorial Park, 1955 Cannons Campground Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Visitation will be at the graveside.
