June Rickett

June Arlene Vogler Rickett, 84, of Duncan, SC died Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born June 26, 1936 in Mt. Airy, NC, she was the daughter of the late Burt Monroe and Johnnie Mae Collins Vogler. She was a member of Fellowship Greenville.

Survivors include her husband, Al Rickett of the home; daughter, Kathy Banks of Spartanburg; sons, David Rickett of Virginia and Gary Rickett (Ivette) of Duncan; granddaughters, Jennifer Banks and Elisa Hedrick (Zach); grandsons, Steven Rickett (Terianne) and Alex Rickett; five great-grandchildren, and sister, Judy Jackson of Winston-Salem, NC. She was predeceased by a great-grandson, Micaiah McKeown.

Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, June 4, 2021 at Floyd’s Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316.

Burial will be in Indian Grove Family Cemetery, Indian Grove Church Road, Mt. Airy, NC 27030.
