Jeana Murphy

Jeana Annette Burgess Murphy, 67, of Pauline, died Sunday, July 25, 2021, at Spartanburg Medical Center.  She was born March 13, 1954 in Greenville, SC, a daughter of the late James Harold and Dorothy Jean Lewis Burgess of Glendale, SC. Jeana was married to the late Michael Reid Murphy, Sr.

Jeana knew the Lord and studied only the King James version of the Holy Bible.  She devoted her life to her husband, her family, and was an animal lover and a great cook.

Surviving are her children, Matthew McKinney (Casey) of Duncan and Rachel Murphy of the home; her grandchildren, Emily Ann Burrell and Cross O’Dell; and her sister, Karen Dunker (Jack) of Glendale.  She was predeceased by her brother, Buddy and her sister, Angie.

A private graveside service was held on Wednesday, July 28, 2021, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
