Frank Anderson

Frank Gustaf Anderson, 82, of Spartanburg, SC, died Monday, May 9, 2022 at his home. Born December 3, 1939 in Conyers, GA, he was the son of the late Frank A. and Lila Jeffcoat Anderson.

Frank was retired Director of Spartanburg Downtown Airport after 35 years of service. Then he became a consultant in airport construction for the next 20 years. Frank was a member of Second Presbyterian Church and was past President of the S.C. Aviation Association.

Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Jane Frost of the home, his daughter, Katie Wall (Anthony) of Walhalla, SC, his granddaughters, Alex Baxley (Tyler) of Whitmire, SC and D.J. Bishop (Preston) of Johnson City, TN, his brother, Jerrold Anderson of Johns Island, SC, along with several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

A Memorial service will be at 11:00 am Saturday, May 21, 2022 at Second Presbyterian Church, 438 N. Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303 with reception to follow.
