Brandan Hammett

Brandan Scott Hammett, 35, of Spartanburg, SC died Monday, January 10, 2022 in Pickens, SC. Born June 2, 1986 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Bobby Gene Hammett, Sr. and Ruth Patricia Bishop.

Brandan was a driver for Southeast Beverage. An avid Gamecock fan, he was all about his family and his children were his world.

Survivors include his fiancé Alicia McGee of Spartanburg, SC, his daughter, Kaylee Hammett of Spartanburg, SC, his son, Landan Hammett of Spartanburg, SC, siblings, Ricky Hammett, Bobby Hammett, Jr., Louann Yarbrough, Kristen Scoggins (Keith), Tony Cromer (Marie), all of Boiling Springs, SC, his nieces, Taylor Scoggins and Carrie Scoggins, both of Boiling Springs, SC, his aunt, Lillie Huntsinger (Terry) of Chesnee, SC, and the mother of his children, Beth Walker. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Ronnie Hammett.

Graveside service will be at 1:00 PM Friday, January 14, 2022 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Visitation will be before the graveside service starting at 12:00 Noon.
