Boyce "Bosie" Crocker

Boyce “Bosie” Wilburn Crocker, 83, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Upstate Community Hospice House. Born October 14, 1937 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late James Woodrow Crocker and Lillian Poole Crocker.

A U. S. Army Veteran, Mr. Crocker was a retired knitting supervisor. He enjoyed fishing and was a member of the Veteran of Foreign Wars (VFW) Post #9539 in Roebuck, SC.

Survivors include his wife of 66 years, Frances Lyda Crocker; daughter, Patricia Martin (Gary) of Spartanburg, SC; grandchildren, Cody McDade (Courtney) of Spartanburg, SC, Brandon Martin of Pelzer, SC and Megan Martin of Belton, SC; great-grandchildren, Emma Martin and Kayleigh Smith; brother, Mack Crocker of Spartanburg, SC, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brothers, Bob Crocker and Howard Crocker.

Visitation will be held 1:00-1:50 PM Friday, June 11, 2021, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307, with funeral services following at 2:00 PM in the Chapel conducted by Pastor Eddie Smith with eulogists, Reese and Ann Byrd. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Upstate Community Hospice House, 260 Fairwinds Drive, Landrum, SC 29356.
