Andrea Bridges

Andrea Anderson Bridges, 72, of Spartanburg, SC died after a brief illness, Thursday, July 15, 2021, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born August 11, 1948 in Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Howard and Betty Jean Finch Anderson.

A 1966 graduate of Dorman High School, Mrs. Bridges was retired from Belk and was of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Vernon O’Neil Bridges; daughter, Kelly West (Tony) of Wellford, SC; sons, Russell Bridges (Darla) of North Carolina and Devin O. Bridges (Vanessa) of California and grandchildren, Rebecca West, Caitlin Smith, Belle Bridges, Austin and Ryan Bridges, and Mason Bridges. She was predeceased by a son, Clay Smith; brother, Steve Anderson, and sister, Pat Anderson.

Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday, July 18, 2021, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Graveside services will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday, July 19, 2021 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, by The Rev. David Frost.
