Amber Harper

Amber Candice Harper, 33, of Pacolet, SC, went to her eternal place of peace with her Lord and Saviour on Sunday, March 12, 2023. Born May 5, 1989 in Thomaston, GA, she was the daughter of Christopher Michael and Mary Alice Gregory Harper.

Amber earned her Cosmetology license, EMT license, and was employed with SRMC Physical Therapy - Billing Department.

Amber was a loving mother, wonderful daughter, sister and niece. She was loved by many and easily made friends anywhere she went. She loved to travel and all types of music. She was a member of Pacolet Mills Baptist Church.

Survivors include her parents, Christopher and Mary Alice Gregory Harper of the home; her brother, Christopher “Blake” Harper, who she named and was his best friend with; her daughters, Kinsley Grace Taylor and LilyAnn Claire Taylor, of Boiling Springs, SC; aunts and uncles, Christy and Mark Pack of Spartanburg, SC, Roger and Michelle Gregory of Pacolet, SC, and Clint Harper of Dawsonville, GA; special cousins, Justin Pack,  Jonathon Pack, Jordan Pack, all of Spartanburg, SC; Cody Gregory and Trent Gregory of Pacolet, SC, Ellie Harper and Brayden Harper of Dawsonville, GA; paternal grandparents, William “Billy” Harper (Debra) of Cumming, GA; and her special fur babies, Whisky Rose and Olivia.

She was predeceased by paternal grandmother, Virginia Eloise Tidwell Harper; maternal grandparents, Janice Lynn Thompson and Roger “Clark” Gregory, Sr.

Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Pacolet Mills Baptist Church, 385 Stone Street, Pacolet, SC 29372. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, March 17, 2023 at the church, conducted by Pastor Frank Taylor and The Rev. Norman L. Band. Burial will be at a later date.
