Wanda Gault

Wanda Strickland Gault, 70, of Roebuck, SC, died Tuesday, November 28, 2017, at her home. Born July 11, 1947, in Clinton, SC, she was the daughter of the late Millie and Luther Sylvester Strickland. A member of Woodruff Road Worship Center, Wanda loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors include her life partner, George Sprouse; children, Mark Teague and Sherry Teague, both of Woodruff, SC; grandchildren, Tarren Teague (Caleb) of Union, SC, Taylor Rogers (Ronnie) of Chesnee, SC, Michelle Littlejohn (Darvie) of Gaffney, SC, Tiffany Hargett of Roebuck, SC, Danielle George (Brian) of Spartanburg, SC; great-grandchildren, Judson, Heath, Gabriel, Bridgett, Dagan, Chance, Noah, Dyce, Digby, Ziggy, and Bela; brothers and sisters, George Strickland (Tammie), Tony Strickland (Jerri), James "Pete" Strickland (Norma), Maxie Strickland (Juanita), Glenda Nichols (Bob), Marilyn Mitchell, and Ruby Nell Veal; and family friend, Sandra Hudgins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by brothers and sisters, Marion Strickland, Suzie Blease, Roger Strickland, and Virginia Woodward. Visitation will be 1:30-2:45 PM Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 N. Church St., Spartanburg, SC 29306 with funeral services following at 3:00 PM, conducted by The Rev. Don Powell. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Woodruff Road Worship Center, 4971 State Hwy 101, Woodruff, SC 29388. The family is at the home of Wanda Gault.
