Terry Wright

Terry Lynn Wright, 63, of Forest City, NC, died Monday, February 20, 2023 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born September 8, 1959 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late William Clarence and Sara Bridges Wright.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Wright was also a fireman in Forest City. He was a self-employed mechanic who also loved dirt track racing.

Survivors include his brothers, Andy Wright (Rena) of Enoree, SC and Coy Wright of Spartanburg, SC; niece, Erika Wright of Nevada; and nephews, Billy Wright and Albert Wright, both of Florida. Along with is parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Larry Wright.

Visitation will be 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. Saturday, March 4, 2023 at Floyd’s North Church Street Chapel, 235 North Church Street Chapel, Spartanburg, SC 29306. Burial will be in Mouse Hill Cemetery, Enoree, SC 29335.
