Tanya Keith Aldridge

Tanya Keith Aldridge passed away on Friday, August 15, 2025, at the age of 72.

Tanya was born in Sumter, South Carolina on Shaw Airforce Base. She was the daughter of the late Clifford Nathaniel Keith and the late Dorothy Meade Truesdale Keith. She attended Spartanburg Methodist College and earned her associates of science degree. She then had a rewarding career in law enforcement. She first worked with the Spartanburg City Police Department and then with the Spartanburg County Sheriff’s Office where she eventually retired as a Deputy Sheriff. She then went on to become a Bail Bond Agent and worked for Carolina Bail Bonding for many years.

Tanya enjoyed serving the public and caring for others. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish Tanya’s memories are her two sons: David Aldridge (Kristen) and Greg Aldridge (Kerri); grandchildren: Bryson Aldridge, Morgan (Christian) Hawkins, and Karsyn Aldridge; great-grandchild Haven Grey Hawkins; and sisters Vicki Keith and Cindy Keith.

A celebration of life gathering to honor Tanya will be held at a later date.

Tanya’s memories will live for years to come in the hearts of everyone who loved her.

The arrangements are entrusted into the care of Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel.
