Sidney E. Linder

Sidney E. Linder, age 80, of Spartanburg passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. He was born October 2, 1942, in Spartanburg to the late Winfred Thaddeus and Odessa Millwood Linder.

Mr. Linder was a United States Navy Veteran and a Hyster Mechanic. He was also a member of Truth Chapel World Evangelism Fellowship Church in Spartanburg.

He is survived by his sons, Todd Linder (Shelly) and Kelley Linder (Boran) of Spartanburg; grandchildren, Brandon, Drew, Ethan, and Khalid; and great-grandchildren, Hudson and Willa.

His funeral will be held at 1:00pm on Friday, July 7, 2023, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by The Rev. Andy Case. Entombment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Spanish Mausoleum, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, with Naval Military Honors.
