Sandy High

Sandy Mills High, 68, of Spartanburg, SC, peacefully passed away, Tuesday, October 19, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born February 1, 1953 in Springfield, MO. She was the daughter of the late Earl Lynn Mills.

Sandy was a loving wife, mother and grandmother always cherishing time with her family. After a fulfilling career, she retired from The Fresh Market. She had a passion for music throughout her life and enjoyed many trips to the mountains. Sandy always thought of others first and was always there with a listening ear for her family. She smiled through her many health struggles with courage, faith and strength.

Survivors include her loving husband of 25 years, Phillip High, her stepmother, Katherine Mills of Inman, her daughter, Crissy Napoli (Scott) of Moore, her son, Doug Harper (Jennifer) of Abbeville, her sister, Sharon Kaple (Barry) of White Plains, GA, three grandchildren, Jessica Mills (Justin), Jason Napoli and Emma Harper, her aunt, Patsy Smith (Bill) of Greenville, nephews, Rob Kaple (Kirby) and Sean Kaple (Lauren), and her nieces, Laura Juarez (Luis) and Kim Armstrong (Lacey).

Sandy’s memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Monday, October 25, 2021 at Glendale Baptist Church, 1 Church St. Glendale, SC 29346, conducted by The Reverend Daniel Blackwell.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Diabetes Association of North and South Carolina, 1300 Baxter Street, suite150, Charlotte, NC 28204.
