Sandra Dean Brown, 70, of Pacolet, SC, died Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn. Born March 22, 1951 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Harvey and Alma Henson Dean.
Sandy was former secretary at Spartanburg County School District 3. She was a member of Pacolet Church of God. A foster mother to 25 children and member of the Heaven Heirs Gospel singing group.
Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Danny Ray Brown, their son, Chad A. Brown (Nicole), two grandchildren, Piper Brown and Rand Brown, and her sister, Mary O’Shields of Buffalo, SC. She was predeceased by her brother, Ronnie Dean.
Visitation will be 11:00 AM – 12:00 Noon Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at Floyd’s Pacolet Chapel, 141 Memorial Drive, Pacolet, SC 29372. A Graveside service will be at 12:30 PM in Pacolet Memorial Gardens, 141 Memorial Drive, Pacolet, SC 29372.
