Ruth Inez Shupe, 93, of Rosewood Assisted Living, Pauline, SC, passed away on Saturday, September 9, 2017. Born December 23, 1923, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Angus and Lemma Cannon and widow of Raymond Shupe. Survivors include her sister, Bertie Lanford of Union, SC; and several nieces and nephews, including her caregiver, Martha Freeman. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Sunday, September 17, 2017, at Legacy Outreach Church, 2290 Hwy 56, Pauline, SC 29374.
