Russell "Rusty" Walter Elliott

Russell “Rusty” Walter Elliott, 46, of Blacksburg, SC, passed away Thursday, May 4, 2023, at his home.  Born January 11, 1977, he was a son of Cheryl Ann Warner Elliott and the late Paul William Elliott, Sr.

Rusty was a good friend, helped so many people and a very kind soul.  Previous employment at Southeastern Paper and Ingles Super Market.

Survivors including his mother are a sister, Mary Hirsch (David) of Loris, SC, brothers, Paul Elliott Jr. (Sharon), of Blacksburg, SC, and Kenneth Elliott (Kim) of Spartanburg, SC; numerous nieces and nephews; special friend, Danny Gibson.  He was predeceased by his father, Paul William Elliott, Sr. and a brother David “Billy” Elliott.
