Richard (Rich) Snow, Jr

Charles (Rich) Richard Snow, Jr. 78, of Spartanburg, died Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. A native of Cortland, OH, he was born on October 27, 1945, a son of the late Charles Richard, Sr, and Betty Linville Snow.

Rich received his BA degree from Kent State and his masters in library science from Florida State University. He was a retired Librarian at Clarion University, Venango Campus, Oil City, PA, and a member of the Episcopal Church of the Advent, Spartanburg.

He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Betty Burgin Snow; brother, Phil Snow (Joy) of Eugene, OR. He was predeceased by his sister, Barbara Snow.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Epilepsy Foundation, 3540 Crain Highway, Ste. 675, Bowie, MD.
