Richard Hal Cooksey Sr., 74, died Thursday, November 20, 2014. He was the husband of Betsy Kirkman Cooksey. He is also survived by a daughter, Kristi Melton of Wilmington, NC; a son, Rick Cooksey of Acworth, GA; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The J. F.
