Raymond Price Crum

Raymond “Ray” Price Crum, 83, of Boiling Springs, passed away on Wednesday morning, April 29, 2026, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Ray was born on June 13, 1942, in Orlando, FL, a son of the late Margaret J. Taylor Crum and Lyndall Price Crum.

Ray was a US Air Force veteran and was a graduate of Limestone College. He retired after 36 years of service with Milliken & Company. He was a member of New Beginnings United Methodist Church in Boiling Springs and was a longtime member at Gravely Memorial United Methodist Church.

Ray is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Alberta “Bert” Milliron Crum; his daughter, Dawn Crum Weygandt (Dr. Vernon Weygandt); and his granddaughter, Veronica Lea Weygandt. Along with his parents, Ray was predeceased by his sister, Carol Crum.

A cryptside service to honor the life of Raymond P. Crum will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 9, 2026, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
