Ray Curtis Buff

Ray Curtis Buff, 66, of Spartanburg, passed away on Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Ray was born on September 16, 1959, in Spartanburg, SC, a son of Margaret Weaver Buff of Spartanburg and the late C.D. Buff.

Ray was a graduate of University of South Carolina-Upstate and was the operator of C and R Investments. He was of the Baptist faith.

Along with his mother, Ray is survived by his son, Adam Buff (Ally) of Gaffney, SC; a brother, Cliff Buff (Cindy) of Inman, SC; and several nieces and nephews. Ray was also predeceased by a brother, Steve Buff.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Rick Brown.
