Phyllis C. Vandiver, 77, of Boiling Springs, SC, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. She was born on May 29, 1946, in Gaffney, SC, a daughter of the late Clarence G. and Jessie Tessnear Millwood.
Surviving is her husband of 60 years, Roger W. Vandiver and her brother, Bryant G. Millwood of Charlotte, NC.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, December 10, 2023, at Sunset Memorial Park, 1955 Cannons Campground Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. William Walters. The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service.
