Perrin Weathers Gilbert

Perrin W. Gilbert, 85, passed away on August 12, 2025. She isa daughter of the late Dean and Annie Moore Weathers, and wife of the late Max D. Gilbert, Sr. Perrin was a member of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church.

Perrin is survived by her daughter, Donna Solesbee (Ronnie); grandchildren, Sarah Solesbee, Stacie Stephens (Ryan), Max Gilbert III, and Maverick Gilbert; brother, James Weathers (Sandra); sisters, Corrie Hall and Joyce Brice; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband Max; her son, Dupree; brothers, John Weathers, John Paul Weathers, Charles Weathers; and sisters, Annie Laura Brannon, Catherine McCullough, Virginia Albus, Betty Brooks, Margaret Chapman, and Beulah Mae Weathers.

A graveside service will be held 10:00 a.m. Saturday, August 16, 2025, at Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens, 4081 Hwy 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC, 29316, conducted by Pastor Ronnie Cox.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
