Patricia Weathers

Patricia Cash Weathers, 86, of Fairforest, SC, passed away on Friday, April 21, 2023, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born September 10, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Clyde J. and Annette Hughey Cash.

Formerly employed with Community Cash Stores, C & S Bank, and NationsBank, Mrs. Weathers was a valued customer service representative for many years until her retirement from Bank of America. She was a longtime member at Fairforest Baptist Church, where she was very active with the WMU, and more recently was a member of Poplar Springs Baptist Church.

Survivors include her son, Keith L. Weathers (Susan) of Moore; her daughter, Cynthia W. Edge (Paul) of Moore; and a brother, Ronald M. Cash of Chesnee, SC. She was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Hallie Thurston “Joe” Weathers; and brother, Glen Cash.

Visitation will be held 6-8 pm Tuesday, April 25, 2023, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, April 27, 2023, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by The Rev. Dr. James C. Hilton and The Rev. Grover Timms.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Restoration Senior Living at Westgate, 620 West Blackstock Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301.
