Noeur Tough

Noeur Tough, 62, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Monday, March 28, 2016, at Spartanburg Medical Center. He was born July 6, 1953, in Battambang, Cambodia. Survivors include his children, Pirat Tough (Somaly), Sharon Tough, Shary Moore (Blake), and Pirun Tough (Yari); grandchildren, Perhi, Junei, Jin, Alaysia, Leilani, Ryan, and Nyahiah; girlfriend, Roslyn Mitchell; and nephews, Minh Thach and Myco Thach. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 PM, Sunday, April 3, 2016, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 N. Church St., Spartanburg, SC 29306.
