Nancy Smith

Nancy Carol Smith, 90, of Spartanburg, SC, died Saturday, January 7, 2023 at her home. Born October 17, 1932, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Carold and Eula Byrd Keller and the wife of the late Ralph Leonard Smith.

Nancy was retired from the Central Intelligence Agency and a member of Bethel United Methodist Church.

Survivors include her sister, Ruth K. Tweed of Spartanburg, SC; nieces, Amanda Mashburn of Spartanburg, SC, Patti Mashburn of Spartanburg, SC, Andrea Keller Helsinger of Pinellas, FL, and Michelle K. Hoffman of York, SC; and numerous great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her brother, C. Drew Keller, sister, Frankie B. Keller, and nephew, Donald C. Mashburn III.

Entombment will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, January 12, 2023 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Heritage Chapel Mausoleum, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by Chaplain Wesley Henderson.
