Michael Robert Williams

November 21, 1952 – May 3, 2026

We will miss a truly great man.

Michael Williams lived a life defined by service, strength, humility, and quiet generosity. He passed away at the age of 73, leaving behind a legacy that will be deeply cherished by all who knew him—especially his beloved children, Brittney and Brandon Williams, who remain incredibly proud of the life their father built and the example he set.

Michael devoted much of his life to serving his country. A graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and a U.S. Army Ranger, he dedicated many years to service, traveling the world in commitment to his country and a cause greater than himself. He rose to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel before retiring from military service. Even after his distinguished career, Michael continued to serve others as a hospital administrator, caring for his community with the same integrity and commitment that defined his time in Uniform.

He was a proud and principled man who never asked for anything, yet gave so much. Michael had a generous spirit and quietly supported charities and those in need without seeking recognition. At his core, he was a man of God who lived humbly, loved deeply, and carried a kindness that touched many lives.

Michael will be remembered for the simple joys he embraced. He loved spending time on the golf course, enjoyed a cold Pepsi, and never turned down a moment to relax with a cigarette and good company. He had a warm sense of humor, loved to laugh, and had a gift for telling jokes that could brighten any room.

Above all, he was a wonderful father—steady, caring, and deeply devoted in his own way. His presence was a source of strength and comfort, and his absence will be felt profoundly.

Michael Williams will be forever and greatly missed, but his legacy of service, generosity, faith, and love will live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
