Mark Edward Loehr

Mark Edward Loehr, 63, of Spartanburg, South Carolina, passed away on November 11, 2023. Mark was born on April 19, 1960, in Barberton, Ohio to Cliff and Pat Loehr. He was a loving and devoted husband, Dad, and Papa, who cherished his family above all else. 
 
Mark is survived by his beloved wife, Maureen Cagle-Loehr, and children: Nathaniel Loehr, Brandon Loehr, Rebecca Serin (Romain), Spencer Loehr, and Taylor Loehr. He will also be deeply missed by his grandchildren: Bryson Loehr, Chloe Serin and Carly Serin. In addition, Mark is survived by his siblings: Deborah Morgan (Don), Andrea Hudson (Jeff), and Lesa DeMarrais (Bill), as well as his brother and sisters-in-law, cousins, nieces, and nephews. 
 
Mark was preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Loehr, his father, Clifford Loehr, his brother, Michael Loehr, his mother-in-law, Jeanette Cagle, and his father-in-law, Chuck Cagle. 
 
Mark attended Norton High School in Ohio and furthered his education at the University of South Carolina Spartanburg where he received an Associate Degree in Nursing. Mark made a significant impact on many lives during his 30-year career as a Registered Nurse in home health, where he was known for his caring nature, straightforward thinking, and desire to help others. 
 
Mark will be remembered for his loving nature, dedication to his family, and the impact he made as a nurse. His memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. 
 
A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Mark's life will be held at 2:00 pm, Friday, November 17, 2023, at the Catholic Church of Jesus Our Risen Savior, 2575 Reidville Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301 conducted by The Rev. Liam Panganiban, CRM. The family will receive friends following the service in the Church Fellowship Hall.
