Lonnie Mack Charles, 88, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born January 11, 1934 in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Franklin Grady and Christine Hendrickson Charles.
Along with his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Marvin Ray Charles, and his sisters, Alice Charles Lancaster and Mary Charles Banks.
A Graveside service will be 10:30 AM Saturday, February 26, 2022 in Oak Grove Cemetery, 350 N. Blackstock Road, Spartanburg, SC 29301, conducted by The Rev. Sharome Gentry.
