Linda Thomason

Linda Thompson Thomason, 71, of Grant, AL, died Wednesday, May 11, 2016, at her home. Born November 15, 1944, in Boiling Springs, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Tally and Emma Lois Durham Thompson. Mrs. Thomason was formerly employed in the Communications Dept. of Raytheon Systems on Kwajalein. Survivors include her husband, Fred Thomason; son, John Thomason (Gina) of Suwannee, GA; daughter, Nikki Fulgham (James) of Semmes, AL; grandchildren, Cassidy, Stephen and Blake; and sisters, Martha Case of Columbia, SC; Catherine Andrews of Inman, SC; Hellen Brooks of Inman, SC; and Wanda Wooten of Wake Forest, NC. Visitation will be 1:00 - 1:45 PM on Saturday, May 21, 2016, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307, with services following at 2:00 PM in the Chapel conducted by the Rev. Ronnie Morris. Entombment will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Complex, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Heartlite Hospice Care, 304 S.
