In Loving Memory of Linda Dianne Miller... Forever in our Hearts

Linda Dianne Miller, 76, went home to be with the Lord on July 19, 2025. Born on April 1, 1949, in Spartanburg, SC she was the daughter of the late Calvin Edward Corn, Sr. and Evelyn Hall Corn.

Linda was a longtime employee of Cracker Barrel, where she worked for 24 years. She adored her job and the friendships she formed over the years with her coworkers and regular customers. Known for her bubbly personality, sassy wit, and caring nature, Linda made every person she met feel like family. Outside of work, Linda had a deep love for reading and was often found with a good book in hand.

She also had an adventurous spirit, loving both the serene beaches and the majestic mountains, and especially enjoyed her cherished trips to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. As an avid cook she loved cookbooks and cooking when she could. She was a member of the original Arcadia Freewill Baptist Church.

Linda’s greatest joys in life were her family, especially her two granddaughters, Haley Miller and Hannah Roddy, who were the apple of her eye. She cherished every moment spent with them and found joy in seeing them grow.

Linda is survived by her daughter Selena Roddy (Matthew Roddy); granddaughters, Haley Miller (Nathan) and Hannah Roddy, her sister Vicki Seay (Rev. F. Buddy Seay, Jr.); nieces Elizabeth Scrivner (Will), Sarah Seay (Rhett) and Savannah Conner (Luke); great niece Willow Scrivner and a beloved granddog, Gibson, who was always by her side. Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Morris Edward Miller, her parents, and her brother, Eddie Corn.

A graveside service will be held at 12.00 pm, Thursday, July 24, 2025, Fort Prince Memorial Gardens, 126 Fort Prince Rd., Wellford, SC 29385, followed by the receiving of friends. The service will be conducted by The Rev. F. "Buddy" Seay, Jr.

Linda was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend, and she leaves behind a legacy of devotion, warmth, and laughter. She had a heart full of love and a spirit as vibrant as it was sassy, she made a lasting impact on all who knew her.
