Kenneth George Hartsoe passed away at home on Friday, May 15, 2026. Born on Vale , North Carolina, he was the son of the late George Paul Hartsoe and Bessie Mae Gilbret Hartsoe.

Kenneth proudly served in the United States Air Force for a short time and will be remembered for his love of NASCAR, racing, and spending time with family and friends. He enjoyed watching races and cheering on favorite driver Dale Earnhardt.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Lois Jan Hartsoe. Kenneth is survived by numerous relatives and dear friends. The family would like to thank everyone for their love, prayers, and support during this difficult time.

A graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 20, 2026 at Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens.
