Kenneth Ray Dorman, 84, of Cowpens, died Thursday, March 14, 2024, at the Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. A native of Converse, he was born on July 28, 1939, a son of the late Troy Lee Dorman and Sara Margaret Tillotson Dorman Pope and husband of the late Janice Wyatt Dorman.
He was retired from the floor covering business, a member of the Baptist faith and a US Army Veteran.
He is survived by a sister, Jane Dorman Fraley (Tom) of Indian Land, SC, sister-in-law, Elaine Wyatt Johnson (Donald) of Roebuck; six nieces and two nephews. He was predeceased by a sister, Barbara Burnett.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 am Wednesday, March 20, 2024, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens conducted by the Rev. Norman Philbeck.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Converse Baptist Church, 325 Main Street, Converse, SC 29329
