Keith E. Plexico

Keith E. Plexico, 72, of Boiling Springs, ran into the arms of Jesus, Friday, December 8, 2023. Yes, he ran “with renewed strength, and did not grow weary.” A native of Spartanburg, he was born on October 1, 1951, to the late Harold E. and Delphia Hope Plexico.

He retired from Vic Bailey car dealership and recently retired from Spartanburg County Courthouse where he worked as a bailiff. Keith had a servant’s heart. Over the years he volunteered his time as a fireman, sheriff’s deputy, coroner, and a hospice volunteer.

He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Jill Judy Plexico, sons, Jeffrey K. Plexico (Jenni) of Boiling Springs, Gregory E. Plexico (Greta) of Greenville; granddaughter, Kristen T. Plexico of Boiling Springs: grandson, Jeffrey K. Plexico of Boiling Springs; uncle, Donald Plexico and numerous beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his sister, Sharon P. Shelnut.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until 11:15 am Monday, December 11, 2023, at Northbrook Baptist Church, 1881 Boiling Springs Road, Spartanburg, SC 29316 with a celebration of life following at 11:30 am conducted by the Rev. Benny Green.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Northbrook Baptist Church Building Fund.
