Karen Murphy

Karen Frances Murphy, 61, of Spartanburg, SC, died Wednesday December 14, 2022, at her home. Born April 9, 1961, in Hamilton, Bermuda she was the daughter of Fitzhugh and Frances Murphy of Spartanburg, SC.

Karen loved the Lord and was a charter member of Covenant Baptist Church. She loved serving the church and she loved her dogs, most recently, Bella and Lola.

Survivors include her brother, Michael R Murphy and niece, Megan M Murphy, both of Arlington, Texas.

Visitation will be at 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at Floyds Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307, with a Graveside service following at 2:00 p.m. in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
