Joyce Hall

Joyce Turner Hall, 75, of Boiling Springs, SC, died Tuesday, December 19, 2017, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born October 15, 1942, in Pacolet Mills, SC she was the daughter of the late Roy and Beulah Shields Turner and widow of Boyce Hilbert "Bud" Hall, Jr. A graduate of Pacolet High School and Cecil's Business School, Mrs. Hall was a member of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church and retired from Milliken after 30 years of service. Survivors include her son, Michael D. Hall (Lisa) of Boiling Springs, SC; grandsons, Turner Hall and Quinton Cole, both of Boiling Springs, SC; brother, Robert W. Turner of Spartanburg, SC; sisters, Kathleen Seay and Reba T. Millwood, both of Spartanburg, SC, and Elizabeth T. Cook of Pacolet, SC; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by a daughter, Melanie Darlene Hall; and brothers, Buddy, Billy, Harold, and Carroll Turner. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Friday, December 22, 2017, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307, with funeral services following at 2:00 PM, conducted by The Rev. Dennis Tessnier. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307.
