Joyce Foster

Joyce Hart Foster, 85, of Spartanburg, SC, died Friday, December 14, 2018, at Windsor House West-Spartanburg. Born November 24, 1933, in Union, SC, she was the daughter of the late Boyce Russell Hart and Marian Annette Vinson Hart and widow of Stephen Foster. A graduate of Union High School, Mrs. Foster retired as receptionist from WSPA TV. Survivors include her daughters, Lindsey Kelly of Pensacola, FL and Michele K. Lane of Atlanta, GA; and grandchildren, Rachel, Evan, and Anna. A cryptside service will be conducted at 3:00 PM Wednesday, December 19, 2018, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, by The Rev. Robert L. Brown. Visitation will follow at the cryptside.
