John Pressley Jennings

John Pressley Jennings, 73, of Hendersonville, NC, died Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at The Laurels of Hendersonville. Born January 20, 1949, in Darlington, SC, he was the son of the Late Frank Murray and Mary Campbell Jennings. 

Mr. Jennings was a 1967 graduate of Boiling Springs High School.  He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg.

Survivors include his brother, James B. “Jimmy” Jennings of Boiling Springs, SC; and his sisters, Elena J. Kennedy of Jacksonville, FL and Rosemary J. Palmerton of Austin, TX.  

Graveside services will be held, Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 2:00 pm at Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens, 4161 Hwy 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316, conducted by the Rev. Dick Lewis.
