Joe Tinsley

Joe Ray Tinsley, 72, of Spartanburg, SC, died Sunday, October 14, 2018, at Magnolia Manor-Spartanburg. Born September 22, 1946, in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Ray DeFoix Tinsley and Dorothy Vera Millwood Tinsley. A graduate of Fairforest High School and Spartanburg Methodist College, he was a retired caseworker with the State of SC Employment and Workforce. Survivors include his son, Justin Tinsley of Spartanburg, SC; brothers and sister, Jimmy T. Tinsley of Spartanburg, SC, Bobby Tinsley, Donnie Tinsley, and Regina Gatton, all of Maryland.
