Joe Berry

Joe Henry Berry, 88, of Spartanburg, SC, died Monday, December 19, 2022 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born October 19, 1934, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of the late Henry Lee and Nellie Mae Johnson Berry.

A US Air Force veteran, Mr. Berry was retired from textiles and later worked with Goodwill Industries. He was a member of Drayton Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Lori Berry of Spartanburg, SC and his grandchildren, Anna Thomas and Travis Inman. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter, Vonda Jo Inman, his sister, Miriam Sellars, and his brother, Osborne Berry.

Graveside service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2022 in Sunset Memorial Park, 1955 Cannons Campground Road, Spartanburg, SC, 29307, conducted by The Rev. David Frost. Visitation following service at the graveside.
