Jo Anne Perry

Jo Anne Harrison Perry, 79, wife of Johnny L. Perry, passed away Saturday, February 26, 2022, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.  Born January 25, 1943, she was a daughter of the late John Boyd and Evelyn Ruth Quinn Harrison.

Jo Anne received her BSN from USC-Upstate and was a member of Sigma Theta Tau.  She was a longtime registered nurse with Spartanburg General Hospital and she taught nursing at Spartanburg Community College.  Jo Anne was also a member of Gravely Memorial United Methodist Church.

Surviving along with her husband of 60 years, are a daughter, Joanie Perry Williams (Teddy) of Inman, SC; a son Jeff Perry (Theresa) of Boiling Springs, SC; grandchildren, Addison Perry, Jacob Williams, Abbi Perry and Aaron Williams.  She was predeceased by a grandson, Zane Thomas Williams.

Visitation for family and friends will be Thursday, March 3, 2022, 11:00 AM-12:30 PM, in the Inman First Baptist Church Atrium, 14 N. Howard St., Inman, SC, 29349.  Funeral services will follow in the church sanctuary at 12:30 PM, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Paul G. Moore.  Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC, 29307.
