Jo Ann Gerald passed away peacefully at her home on March 2, 2026. She was the daughter of the late Ernest Earl Parker and Elva May Hunt Parker.  Jo Ann was preceded in death by her husband, Tim Gerald, and her sons, Timmy Gerald and Johnny Gerald.

She is survived by her loving daughter, Deborah Brown, and her son, Jackie Stoner. She also leaves behind six grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and many extended family members and friends who will cherish her memory.

Jo Ann was a member of First Baptist Church in Spartanburg. She was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She loved feeding her hummingbirds and especially enjoyed traveling. She will be remembered for her caring heart and the love she shared with her family.
