Jimmy Dean Davis

Jimmy Dean Davis, 91, of Reidville, South Carolina passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026.

Jimmy was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, the son of the late Floyd Davis and the late Suelena Prather Davis, He was also preceded in death by his wife and love of his life: Peggy Ruth Rollins Davis; and two brothers: Jack and Bobby Davis.

Jimmy was a retired sales representative in the industrial supply industry. He also served his country honorably in the United States Army.

Jimmy is survived by his daughter: Pamela K. Davis (Kathy) of Duncan, SC; a son: Timothy D. Davis (Kristin) of Greenville, SC; six grandchildren: Michael Davis (Kallye) of Spartanburg, SC, Jordan Mosley (Shannon) of Inman, SC, Jessica Davis of Hawaii, Nicholas Davis (Kayla) of Greer, SC, Evan Groce (Noel) of Greer, SC and Emma Groce of Greenville, SC, and six great grandchildren; a brother: Gene Davis.

In accordance with his wishes, he was cremated, and a private memorial service will be held by his immediate family at a later date. Memorials may be made in his honor to: St. Jude Children's Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
