Helen Jessica Faye Williams, born on May 12, 1979, in Anderson, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on May 21, 2026, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, she was 47 years old.

Helen was a devoted Mental Health Specialist, dedicating her career to helping others at Patrick B. Harris Psychiatric Hospital in Anderson, SC. Her compassion and unwavering commitment to those in need were evident every day.

A fiercely loyal and loving individual, Helen was known for her giving nature and her innate ability to connect with people. She never met a stranger, always extending kindness and support to others with a generous spirit. Her deep love for her family was the cornerstone of her life, and she especially cherished her granddaughter, Luna Shaw, who brought immense joy to her days.

She was an avid Clemson Tigers fan, enjoying the excitement of every game. She loved for her dogs—Charlie, Whiskey, and Greigh; — were steadfast companions. One of Helen’s fondest memories was spending time fishing, a hobby she loved so much that she would go every day if she could. The serene shores of Jekyll Island beach were her special refuge, a place where she found peace and renewal.

Helen’s surviving family remembers her as a pillar of strength and love. She is lovingly survived by her husband, Terry Hughey; her daughter, Taylor Williams; her son, Kobe Shaw (Samantha); her cherished granddaughter, Luna Shaw; her mother, Pamela Beebe, (Danny); her sister, Zury McAlister (Wesley); her brothers, Garrin Fossum (Lindsey), and Colton Fossum (Julie); her stepbrother, Dustin Beebe (Jennifer); her stepsister, Danielle Rhodes (Justin); along with ten nieces and nephews. Helen is preceded in death by her father, Floyd Williams.

A Celebration of Life will be held, 1:00 PM, Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at Living Hope Baptist Church, 7615 Liberty Hwy, Liberty, SC 29657.

Helen Jessica Faye Williams lived a life that was rich in love, generosity, and dedication. Her memory will forever be a source of comfort and inspiration to her family and friends; she will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
