Etheleen West

October 13, 1928 — April 25, 2009

Etheleen Lee West, 80, of 2092 Highway 56, died Saturday, April 25, 2009, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born October 13, 1928, in Golightly, she was the daughter of the late Walter A. and Lois Brown Lee and widow of the late Homer Curtis West. She was a former employee of Sears Roebuck Company, J. C. Penney, and T & G Market. She was a member of Golightly United Methodist Church, Mary Montgomery Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, and the Amaranth. Survivors include three daughters, Diane Robertson and her husband William of Union, Barbara Sellers and her husband Keith of Spartanburg, and Donna Cook and her husband Peden of Moore; seven grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and a brother, Allen Lee of Spartanburg. She was predeceased by two brothers, Nathaniel Lee and Bobby Lee. Visitation will be 12:30-1:30 p.m. Monday, April 27, 2009, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Chapel conducted by the Rev. F. Ed Traxler, Jr. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. Memorials may be made to Mobile Meals Services, P. O.
