Donna Green

Donna Lee Elm Green, 68, of Spartanburg, SC, passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022 and was serenaded by angels to her heavenly home. Born December 1, 1953, she was the daughter of Ethel Turner Elm and John Terry Elm. She was the wife of the late Larry Wayne Green.

Donna was retired from Spartanburg Medical Center after 32 ½ years. The fellow employees and physicians were like a second family to her and she loved them dearly. She was a member of Beaumont Baptist Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Tara Keys; two sons, Matthew Green (Peggie) and Gregory Green (Greta); grandchildren, Kaylin Brown, Cameron Green, Holden Green, Vanessa Green, Lindsay Green, Jonathan Green; three great grandchild, Chandler Brown, Braedyn Brown, and Jace Brown; grandson-in-law, Nicholas Brown; sisters-in-law, Ann Green and Judy Green; brothers-in-law, Howard Green, Don Green six nephews and one niece. Along with her parents, she was predeceased by sister-in-law, Lou Jolley and brothers-in-law, Roger Jolley and David Green.

Visitation will be 1:00 pm Friday, October 14, 2022 at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral service will be at 2:00 pm, at the chapel, conducted by The Rev. John H. Cox and The Rev. John Lee. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.
