David Lee Lazurick, 64, of Chesnee, died peacefully on Monday, January 3, 2022, at his residence. David was born on March 2, 1957 in Spartanburg, a son of the late George E. and Eve Mae Bright Lazurick.
David is survived by his siblings, Horace, Edward, George, James and Margaret Ann; and many friends and his caregivers.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Dr. James C. Hilton.
