Danny Fowler

Danny Thomas Fowler, 61, of Spartanburg, went home to be with the Lord on November 19, 2021, at his residence.  He was born on April 30, 1960 in Chesnee, SC, a son of the late James and Elizabeth Fowler.

Danny attended Chesnee High School and was a retired truck driver from a family-owned and operated trucking company, JMT Express.

Surviving are two sons, James Fowler (Jessica) and Travis Fowler, all of Chesnee; a daughter, Michelle F. Kimbrell (Michael Paul) of Inman; 7 grandchildren, Harper Fowler, Avery Fowler, Madelyn Fowler, Emma Fowler, Luke Fowler, Marloe Kimbrell and Malorie Kimbrell; a brother, Terry “Bill” Fowler; and two sisters, Linda Pearson and Tammie Fowler.  Danny was predeceased by siblings, Larry Fowler, Timothy Fowler, Jerry Fowler, Wanda Collins and Shirley Hipp.

A graveside memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2021, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.  The family will receive friends following the service.
